Due to Covid-19 we are following government regulations and not having any classes in gyms. All classes are now virtual until further notice.

Zumba 

Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats.

Zumba Gold

Zumba Gold is a lower-intensity version of the typical Zumba class and is designed to provide a suitable option for older adults seeking alternative means of reaching their exercise goals.  Zumba Gold builds cardiovascular health by challenging the heart and working the muscles of the hips, legs and arms with dance moves. Zumba Gold is designed to be approachable by all populations, regardless of fitness level and can be done sitting or standing.

Zumba Toning

Learn how to blend specific Zumba moves and body sculpting techniques using light weights for a more intense strength-training experience.  Time to Raise the bar!

STRONG Nation

Combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move that works your entire body.

Bridal Bootcamp

Congratulations, he put a ring on it and NOW it’s time to work! Welcome to an individually customized designed program just for you and your bridal party. One on One virtual or socially distanced sessions include HIIT workouts, Cardio workouts, Mindful Meditations with daily affirmations and Restorative yoga.  Each package is designed to deliver the maximum results for a stunning bride and her bridal party. Bridal Packages designed with you in mind start as low as $150.

Butts and Guts

A low impact workout specifically targeting some of our most troubled areas: butts and guts. If you have weights, grab them.  No weights, no worries.  The workout will still be effective utilizing your own body weight. We will use mats and/or a large towel on the floor for part of the workout . If you would prefer not to hit the floor – please modify with a chair or standing modification.  

Fitcamp

FitCamp encompasses any and all form of fitness that’s done in a group setting.  One of the most popular reasons for taking a group fitness class with music playing and everyone else working with you, sharing in the struggle and the success, it can feel more like a party than a workout. Everyone is “in it together”. FitCamp classes are a great way to find motivation and accountability, while working with a trainer who can provide assistance with form and help you get results.

Kettlebells is unlike any other training you’ve had – it’s intense, it’s results directed and will help get you the body that you desire.

Morning Meltdown

Morning Meltdown 30 is a sculpting class designed to improve muscle development, toning, and strengthening. In this class, we will work on tightening your glutes and your core in as little as 30 minutes with a high-energy, motivational training style.

MixxedFit

MixxedFit® is a people-inspired fitness program mixing explosive dancing with boot camp toning. Everything about this program can be described as explosive—movements are always big and exaggerated.

Chair Fitness

Grab a seat with me and let’s get chair fit.  Chair Fit is aerobics, dance and toning in and around the chair!  How many chair jacks can you do? Need some inner thigh, core and glute work? This workout is designed to work your muscles from head to toe so that you become stronger and more balanced.  We do seated rows, tummy twists, leg extensions and more. So, grab your chair, your light weights (optional), your towel and your water and let’s get ready to get fit in and around the chair. Staying Fit now so we can Be Fit for All of our Tomorrows. 

Soca Kardio

When you combine the popular styles of Caribbean music like soca, dancehall, reggae and calypso with high intensity fitness, you get our special brand of extreme fun!

Soca Kardio is a fitness workout specially designed to focus on your core, hips, thighs and butt. You will whine your waist, isolate your hips, wuk your thighs while getting a sweat drenching workout. Come buss a whine!

Walking Club

Virtual Walking Club – Exercise with family, friends, and neighbors is fun and easy with the RC Fitnez walking club. Walking with others can keep you motivated, improve your accountability, and help you meet new people with similar goals. Just 30 minutes can increase cardiovascular fitness, strengthen bones, reduce excess body fat, and boost muscle power and endurance. Join this exciting virtual walking club and let’s get that body moving.

Yoga Barre

Yoga Barre class is an energized workout that blends elements from different exercise styles combining ballet-inspired moves with Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Most classes incorporate and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches.  Equipment needed: sturdy chair, mat, towel and water.
