My name is Renee and I am the co-founder and owner of RC Fitnez Studio.  I absolutely love dancing, moving and shaking it up!  I have been immersed in the fitness industry for a number of years and licensed to teach Zumba since 2011. I was always a very shy person but since discovering Zumba - the shy person that I was is no more. I have lost weight and my self esteem is on a natural Z-High! I am thrilled to be able to do what I absolutely love and that is dance, move, shake and share z-energies with you. So come on and dance with me and you will see what I'm talking about.  The Z-energy is high and its Z-Tagious!! I love ZUMBA and we are one big happy family at RC Fitnez Studio.

Gigi (Gitanjali Bakshi) is a certified Zumba instructor and fitness trainer for over 10 years. Originally from Mumbai, Gigi has taught classes in India, UAE and the US and she loves world music. If you're in one of her classes get ready to unleash! It's a high tempo, high energy Zumba class that can guarantee you burn 500-600 calories within the hour. So get ready to dance, let go and have fun with Gigi on Saturday mornings at 10:30 am - a perfect end to a long hard week. She also has a 90-minute special with Renee every first Saturday of the month for that extra-Zumba weekend boost!

I like to be called Nina although I also am known by "Nina the Ninja" in Columbus, Ohio where I taught for almost 5 years. 

I have never had any formal dance training, I just really LOVE TO DANCE!

My dance format is called "Dance to the BEAT!" with Nina. This format encompasses a total body workout. You will work arms, shoulders, chest, abs, glutes and legs all while dancing to the beat of the music.  Also, I LOVE to TWERK! This will be a staple in MOST classes.  Music will be from all genres (Latin, hip hop, etc.) that have a great beat! If you are looking for a dance class with dope music, party atmosphere and intense calorie burning.....THIS IS IT!
